Tuition Fee Policy for New Immigrant Students – 2025-2026:

According to the Tuition Fee policy rules, each Master’s student at the University of Haifa is required to pay a minimum of 200% tuition fees for the degree. This rule also applies to Master’s programs with the duration of one Academic year (first semester, second and summer).

The tuition fees for the 2025-2026 academic year* are:

200% tuition fee: NIS 32,478 (100% annual = NIS 16,239)

Service fee: 471 NIS

Security fee: 682 NIS

National Student Association fee: 10 NIS

Total: 33,641 NIS

*All of the above stated fees are according to the Tuition Fee rates of the 2025-2026 academic year. The updated tuition fees for 2026-2027 will be announced in August 2026.

Payment Schedule:

First payment: A deposit payment of $1,000/5,207 NIS must be paid within 3 weeks of receipt of this letter.

If you received an invoice for the deposit payment and paid it, please ignore the following first payment information. Otherwise, please follow the schedule below.

Please note that all students, including scholarship recipients, are required to pay the deposit to guarantee their place in the program. Your acceptance to the University of Haifa is dependent upon receipt of this first payment by the due date.

Students who can pay with credit card  in NIS are required to pay the deposit in NIS using the following link:

When the exact amount of the down payment for the next 2025-2026 Academic Year is determined  a supplemental voucher for the first payment will be sent to your email. Payment will be due by 14.9.2025.

The remaining balance for the academic year 2025-2026 will be charged in 10 payments, scheduled each month on the following dates: 14.11.25, 14.12.25, 14.01.26, 14.02.26, 14.03.26, 14.04.26, 14.05.26, 14.06.26, 14.07.26 and on 14.08.26.

The payment invoices will be send by email by the Department of Tuition Fees and Services. Please update your Israeli postal address by sending an email to Ms. Sagit Haim, Shaim@univ.haifa.ac.il with the following details:

  • your teudat zehut number
  • your full name
  • your postal address
  • your phone number
  • signed Cancellation policy
